General Information
What is Nexxus?
Nexxus Professional Review and Certification, Inc. offers seven certification programs and a professional affiliation network in the Philippines. The learning management system (LMS) brings together materials, live lecture resources, assessments and enrollment services.
These programs award Nexxus professional credentials. They do not award a government professional license, an academic degree or permission to perform work reserved for licensed professionals.
Which programs are offered?
- CBSec: Certified Board Secretary
- MEX: Merit Examination Program
- CEdS: Certified Education Specialist
- CNSS: Certified Nursing Support Specialist
- CVTech: Certified Veterinary Technician
- MQEd: Masterclass in Quality Education
- EMBS: Executive Masterclass in Board Supervision
Each program includes four live lectures and twelve self-paced lectures, two hours each, for 32 hours in total. See Programs for descriptions and Enrollment for open batches. A program may not have a batch open every month.
How do I contact Nexxus or visit the office?
For enrollment, payments and account concerns, email enroll@nexxus.com.ph. Existing enrollees should reply to their enrollment email thread so staff can follow the history. For complaints, email admin@nexxus.com.ph.
Business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, except national or local holidays. All times on this page are Philippine time (Asia/Manila). Communication is primarily online; office visits require a prior appointment. Other official channels appear on the Contact Us page.
Does CNSS provide a US nursing credential?
No. CNSS provides nursing-support training for Philippine care settings. It does not award a US CNA credential or a government nursing license. Learners must work within their permitted role and under appropriate professional supervision.
Enrollment & Eligibility
Who qualifies for each program?
- CBSec: College students or graduates in business management, legal management, political science, education or accounting; incumbent board secretaries may qualify with proof of employment.
- MEX: Senior high school students or graduates and above.
- CEdS: College students or graduates in education (including CPE), teaching, philosophy or pedagogy; incumbent teachers may qualify with proof of employment.
- CNSS: Nursing or allied-health college students or graduates, or incumbent nursing-support staff with proof of employment.
- CVTech: College students or graduates in veterinary medicine, animal science, animal care, agriculture or other zoology-related fields; incumbent veterinary-clinic technicians, assistants or workers may qualify with proof of employment.
- MQEd: Active CEdS affiliation and an education-related master's degree. Licensed Professional Teachers qualify for the degree waiver.
- EMBS: Active CBSec affiliation and a business-related master's degree. Management Engineering, JD or LLB graduates qualify for the degree waiver.
A degree waiver does not waive the required active affiliation for MQEd or EMBS. Staff review qualification evidence; selecting an option in the form is not approval.
How do I enroll?
- Open Enrollment in a regular browser and sign in with your own Google account.
- Select an open program and official batch, enter accurate personal details and select your qualification.
- Select an available rate. Read the displayed schedule, payment instructions, refund policy and any DPS conditions before paying.
- Upload your identity document and payment evidence, accept the declarations and submit.
- Check your email, reply to the confirmation as instructed, and wait for staff review.
Enrollment is individual. Shared identities, bulk enrollment and combined payments for several people are not accepted. Slots cannot be reserved through the form. Use the same Google account for your enrollment and LMS.
When is enrollment open, and which batch will I join?
The enrollment form shows the opening and closing dates of each available batch. Enrollment takes place in the month before its official training month: for example, January enrollment is for a February batch. Submit within the displayed enrollment window.
The early bird rate is available from the 1st at 12:00 AM through the end of the 10th, Philippine time, while enrollment is open. Your official batch determines the training schedule, examination and DPS deadline.
Do I need to reply YES to the confirmation email?
Yes. Check the program, batch, schedule, payment information and your personal details, then reply YES in that email thread to acknowledge the details and policies. The enrollment email instructs staff to begin the audit after your affirmative reply. If something is wrong, ask for a correction in the same thread.
Reply promptly and follow any deadline staff give you. Submission alone does not approve enrollment. If you missed a deadline, contact staff for review of your application; do not assume your application has been approved or automatically cancelled.
What do pending, documents requested and rejected mean?
Pending means staff have not finished reviewing the application. Documents requested means staff need corrections or more evidence. Reply to the request in the same email thread with what was requested. These states do not provide active learning access.
Rejected means staff declined the application. Read the reason and contact them before making another payment. A rejected application is not the same as an approved enrollment or a refund approval.
Can I enroll in more than one program or repeat a program?
You may enroll in different programs at the same time if you meet each program's requirements. We recommend focusing on one program at a time. Each program has its own payment, batch, clearance and assessment record.
The form normally blocks another active or pending enrollment in the same program. Re-enrollment may be available after a failed exam, rejection or expiry. An outstanding balance on the existing program can prevent replacing that enrollment. Contact staff before replacing an application that still needs documents or has an unresolved problem.
Active affiliates and affiliates in the renewal grace period should use renewal. New enrollment and renewal are different processes.
Who qualifies for the re-enrollee rate?
You qualify for the ₱3,000 re-enrollee rate when your account has an approved, fully paid enrollment in any Nexxus program. You do not need to have taken or passed its exam. Program eligibility requirements still apply.
Use the same Google account so the system can find your records. If a previous enrollment is missing or its payment has not been verified, contact staff for a records check before paying.
What if no batches appear or my old program is missing?
A program needs an open batch with a complete schedule before the form can accept enrollment. If the page reports a loading failure, use Retry or reload in a regular browser. A loading failure does not mean every batch is closed.
Only the seven currently offered programs appear in the current learning resources. For an older program, missing historical enrollment or account mismatch, email staff with the program, batch and enrollment email address. Do not pay again just to recover a missing record.
Payments & DPS
How much are the fees, and what is included?
All seven programs use these enrollment rates:
- Regular: ₱4,500, paid in full.
- Early bird: ₱3,500, paid in full during the eligible window.
- Re-enrollee: ₱3,000, paid in full when eligible.
- Down Payment System (DPS): ₱5,000 total, with ₱2,500 upon enrollment and ₱2,500 before the official batch's third live session begins.
The initial enrollment fee includes training, LMS access, assessment, eligible physical credentials and initial shipment. The credential package depends on your result and any recorded DPS violation. Renewal costs ₱1,650 per program. Replacement documents require a separate staff assessment.
Where do I pay, and when is payment approved?
Follow the bank details displayed in the signed-in enrollment or payment form. Upload clear evidence of the transaction. Staff manually verify payments, normally within 48 business hours; uploading a receipt does not mean payment is approved.
For a DPS balance, use the balance-payment form in the LMS. Only one balance payment can await review at a time, and the submitted amount cannot exceed the recorded outstanding balance. Keep your receipt and transaction reference.
What is the DPS payment deadline?
The remaining ₱2,500 is due before the start of the third live session of your official batch. Attending an earlier batch's lectures does not move this deadline. Check your official schedule, especially after an approved transfer or schedule change.
Submit evidence early enough for staff review. If you paid before the deadline but approval is still pending, reply to your email thread with the transaction details and submission time so staff can review them.
What happens if I miss the DPS deadline?
A missed deadline does not automatically record a violation or suspend access. Staff review the delinquent enrollment. Recording a DPS violation and suspending that program's access are separate administrative actions.
A recorded violation permanently limits that enrollment to a Certificate of Attendance and excludes the official affiliation ID card. After full payment is approved and the required assessment outcome is recorded, you may request the attendance certificate and Official Transcript of Performance.
The violation does not create a platform-wide ban on future enrollment and does not carry into another program or a new renewal cycle. It does not remove the need to settle the existing balance.
Can I take the official exam while I still owe a balance?
No. Every enrollee, including DPS enrollees, needs approved full payment, approved exam clearance and a completed practice exam before the official exam can open. A pending payment receipt or a balance changed without payment verification does not meet this requirement.
When will access return after a DPS suspension?
When staff approve payment that fully clears the balance, the DPS access hold is removed and the system requests restoration of Google access. Google access may take additional time to update.
Payment does not extend an expired access period, remove a separate administrative restriction or erase a recorded DPS credential consequence. If access still fails, check that you are using the enrolled Google account and contact staff with your program and payment confirmation.
What if my payment is rejected, duplicated, too high or too low?
If evidence is rejected, read the reason and submit corrected evidence through the payment form when available. Do not send another payment merely because the first receipt is awaiting review.
For duplicate payments, an overpayment, an underpayment or an incorrect balance, email the transaction details to staff. Underpayments need resolution before approval. Under the published payment policy, overpayments are credited toward future enrollments; staff must review and arrange the credit. The online balance form does not automatically process an overpayment or refund.
Can I get a refund, a discount or a payment receipt?
The published refund policy provides refunds when the administration formally cancels a program. Dropping out, non-attendance or disciplinary removal does not qualify for a refund under that policy. Contact staff about your specific payment or cancellation; no automatic refund is issued by the enrollment form.
The form offers the listed regular, early bird, re-enrollee and DPS rates. For a discount request not covered by these options, ask staff before paying so they can assess it. To request a payment receipt, email enroll@nexxus.com.ph with your enrollment and transaction details.
Learning Access & Schedule
How do I enter the LMS and find my materials?
Open the LMS and sign in with the Google account used for enrollment. Choose your program to view its learning resources and announcements. Enrollment approval is required for learner access.
Materials and recordings may use Google Drive or Google Group permissions. Use the same account in Google as in the LMS. Approval and Google access updates are separate steps, so contact staff if approved resources remain unavailable.
How long does learning access last?
Initial enrollment access ends at 11:59:59 PM Philippine time, 60 days after the last day of the enrollment month. For example, an October 2026 enrollment normally ends on December 30, 2026. Approval delays do not start a fresh 60-day period.
Approved early access can begin before the official training month. Passing and being admitted as an affiliate changes the account's expiry. A formal batch transfer can change the learning-access end date. Check the expiry shown for your program and ask staff to review an unexpected date.
Can I attend an earlier batch's lectures?
Approved enrollees may access available materials and join current live lectures early. This does not move your official batch, count as earlier completion, open an earlier official exam, change your DPS deadline or change the access-expiry calculation.
A batch change requires staff approval. Joining a lecture by itself does not transfer your enrollment.
Are classes online, and is live attendance required?
Training and examinations are online. Live lecture recordings are available during the training period; self-paced lectures and other materials are accessed through the LMS. Live attendance is encouraged but is not mandatory. Credential eligibility depends on the assessment outcome, payment and applicable credential rules.
Educators are practitioners with relevant theoretical and practical experience. Check your program resources for meeting links and schedule announcements.
Can I change batches, or can a lecture be rescheduled?
Contact staff to request a batch transfer before your assessment is submitted or completed. Approval depends on an available destination batch with a complete schedule. Staff must update the official enrollment record; a request alone does not change your batch.
An approved transfer updates your official schedule, DPS deadline and learning-access expiry. It does not automatically erase a recorded DPS violation or change your agreed price.
If Nexxus changes a live session because of educator availability or an unavoidable disruption, follow the revised official schedule and staff announcements. Ask staff to clarify any effect on your exam or payment deadline.
Why can I sign in but not open my program?
Sign-in does not by itself grant learning access. The program must have an approved active enrollment or affiliation, a valid expiry date and no applicable access hold. Pending applications, requests for documents, pending renewals, inactive or expired records, and rejected applications do not currently provide active learning access.
If you have several programs, check the affected program separately. For unexpected loss of access, send staff your enrollment email, program, batch and the message shown. A payment receipt alone does not prove that approval or Google access restoration has finished.
Exams & Results
What must I complete before the official exam?
You need active access to the correct program, approved full payment, approved Exam Clearance and a completed practice exam. Your official exam must also be open for your program, batch and enrollment status within its scheduled time.
Use the examination instructions and password supplied through the LMS or official email. Early resource access does not authorize an earlier batch's exam.
What documents are needed for Exam Clearance?
Submit your photograph, signature, qualification evidence and required personal details through Exam Clearance in the LMS. Complete the orientation acknowledgment and choose whether you consent to social-media publicity. Staff review the submission.
Use JPG or PNG for the photograph and signature. Qualification evidence may be JPG, PNG or PDF. If staff request corrections, reply in the same email thread as instructed. A submitted clearance is not yet an approved clearance.
What is the practice exam for?
The practice exam lets you become familiar with the examination interface and check your setup. Completing it is a requirement for the official exam. It does not replace the official assessment or award credentials.
New enrollments must complete the practice requirement for their current record. Check the requirement shown in the LMS before exam day.
What device and browser do I need for the exam?
Use a laptop or desktop computer with a regular browser, a working camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. Phones and tablets are blocked by the exam interface. The browser window must be at least 800 pixels wide and 500 pixels high.
Allow the requested camera, microphone and fullscreen permissions. Complete the practice exam beforehand to check your device. Contact staff before the scheduled exam if your equipment cannot meet these requirements.
What exam actions trigger security deductions?
The exam interface monitors events such as leaving fullscreen, switching tabs, losing window focus, and copying or pasting. Each recorded security violation deducts 0.6 percentage points from the calculated grade: five recorded violations deduct three points.
Staff finalize results after grading and review. If you believe a flag came from a technical problem, report the details promptly for review; do not assume the flag has been removed.
What if time runs out, the internet disconnects or the exam does not open?
The official exam uses server time. Changing your device clock does not pause or extend the deadline. The exam attempts to submit available answers when time expires. A connection failure can affect delivery, so check the submission confirmation and contact staff if the result is unclear.
If the exam does not open, check your program and batch, scheduled time, password, full-payment approval, clearance and practice requirement. For technical problems, report the time and exact error through your existing email thread. Do not share exam questions, answers or passwords publicly.
Can I reschedule or retake an official exam?
The published examination policy does not allow rescheduling or retaking the scheduled official exam. Report a technical incident promptly so staff can review what happened; reporting an incident does not guarantee another attempt.
Re-enrolling for another eligible batch after a failed exam is a separate enrollment with its own requirements and payment.
What are the passing grades, and when are results released?
The passing grade is 75% for MEX, CBSec, CEdS, CNSS and CVTech, and 85% for MQEd and EMBS.
Results are released after examinations and certification review, normally within seven days of the exam. Check official email and the LMS. If results remain pending, follow up in your email thread. Individual ratings are provided through the Official Transcript of Performance.
Credentials & Delivery
Which credentials can I receive?
- Passed: Certificate of Conferment, Official Transcript of Performance and official affiliation ID card.
- Failed: Certificate of Completion and transcript; no affiliation ID card.
- Did not take the exam, after staff record the outcome: Certificate of Participation and transcript; no affiliation ID card.
- Recorded DPS violation: Certificate of Attendance and transcript; no affiliation ID card, even after later payment.
All packages require full approved payment, a recorded assessment outcome and an eligible enrollment. A DPS violation takes priority when determining the certificate and ID package. Physical credentials are issued; digital PDF certificates and e-IDs are not offered.
How do I request my certificate and transcript?
After your assessment outcome is recorded and full payment is approved, open the credential request form in the LMS and select the eligible program. Enter accurate shipping details, contact numbers and the requested feedback, then submit.
Credential requests are per program. The system accepts one request for the current enrollment cycle. If your request already exists or you need a correction, contact staff instead of submitting another enrollment.
Why is my credential request unavailable?
Check that payment is fully approved, no payment is still awaiting review, and your exam outcome is recorded. A missed exam needs a staff-recorded no-show outcome before its package can be requested. Rejected or removed enrollments are not eligible.
For a recorded DPS violation, the available package remains attendance certificate and transcript after full payment. If the LMS still does not offer the expected request, contact staff for a record check.
How long does shipping take, and how do I track it?
The published delivery target is within 30 days from submission of the credential request. This is a processing and delivery target, not a live courier guarantee. Initial shipment is included in the enrollment fee.
When staff mark the package as shipped, the system sends the tracking number and recorded address by email. Use the courier's tracking service. Follow up with staff if the target has passed, tracking is missing or the courier reports a problem.
How do I correct my name or address, or replace a lost credential?
Reply to your enrollment or credential-request email as soon as you notice an error, preferably before printing or shipment. Give your program, batch and the correction needed. Staff must confirm whether an existing request or shipment can still be changed.
For lost, damaged or replacement credentials, ask staff to confirm required evidence, availability, charges and delivery arrangements before paying. This FAQ does not set a fixed replacement fee or promise automatic re-issuance.
Affiliation & Renewal
How long is affiliation valid, and what do employers see?
Successful certification normally grants two years of affiliation. The system calculates the initial affiliation end date from the later of the current learning-access expiry or the date the passing result is finalized. Check the recorded expiry for your program.
Employers can search the Registry of Professional Affiliates using the recorded first and last names. The registry shows the program, batch, level, expiry and standing, including ACTIVE AFFILIATE, EXPIRED / INACTIVE or REMOVED. Contact staff if a record is missing or incorrect.
When and how can I renew?
Renewal is optional and costs ₱1,650 per program. An active affiliate can apply within 60 days before expiry. An inactive affiliate can apply during the six-month grace period. Records marked EXPIRED or REMOVED cannot use the renewal form.
Use the renewal form in the LMS with your existing Google account, provide the requested updated details and evidence, and follow the email confirmation instructions. Staff review the payment and documents before approving the renewal for assessment. Clear any existing balance first.
What happens while renewal is pending?
Submitting a renewal places that program into pending review. The current system does not provide active program access while renewal or requested renewal documents are pending. Approved renewal moves the program into the renewal assessment stage with its assigned access period.
Check your email and LMS for clearance and assessment requirements. If processing is delayed or you need help with access, contact staff. A pending application alone is not confirmation of a completed renewal.
What happens if I pass, fail or miss the renewal assessment?
After staff finalize a submitted renewal assessment, passing renews affiliation and increases your level by one. Failing renews affiliation without a level increase.
The renewed expiry is two years from your previous expiry if it is still in the future, or from the date the renewal result is finalized if the previous expiry has passed. The calculation therefore preserves remaining validity when renewal is finalized early.
If you miss the renewal assessment, contact staff for individual handling. Do not assume that a missed assessment automatically renews your affiliation.
What happens after affiliation expires, and do I keep my level?
After the recorded expiry, affiliation enters an INACTIVE grace period of six months. After that period, an unrenewed record becomes EXPIRED and requires re-enrollment. Expired learning access is unavailable even if a displayed status has not yet refreshed.
Historical records are retained. However, the current re-enrollment process starts the new enrollment at level 1; it does not automatically restore the highest level from an earlier enrollment. Renewal of an eligible existing affiliation retains its level, with an increase after a passing renewal assessment. Contact staff before paying if your previous level needs review.
Privacy & Troubleshooting
Will my name, photo or testimonial be posted publicly?
Exam Clearance asks whether you consent to posting your name, program and clearance photo in official social-media recognition. Choose YES or NO before submitting. The credential request separately asks for permission to use your feedback for marketing. These are separate choices.
Social-media publicity is also separate from credential verification through the public registry. For a correction or a request about the use of your information, contact admin@nexxus.com.ph. Staff must review the request; do not assume an already published post has changed.
How do I ask about privacy, account corrections or deletion?
Read the Privacy Policy and contact admin@nexxus.com.ph about your records. Staff may need to verify your identity and explain how a request affects retained records and credential verification.
Use official private channels for supporting documents. Do not post identification documents, payment receipts, account passwords or examination details in public comments.
Why does sign-in or file upload fail?
Open the site directly in a regular browser such as Chrome, Safari or Edge. Browsers inside Facebook, Messenger or similar apps can interfere with Google sign-in or uploads. Check your connection and use the same Google account throughout the process.
Use clear JPG or PNG files for identity and payment evidence. Exam qualification evidence also accepts PDF. Keep each uploaded file at or below 10 MB and follow any smaller limit shown by the form. The system limits upload requests to 25 per account per Philippine calendar day; repeated attempts may use this allowance.
If the problem continues, note the exact error and contact staff. A failed upload is not proof of a completed application or an approved payment.
What should I send when I need help?
Reply in your existing enrollment email thread with your name, enrollment Google email address, program, batch, what you were trying to do, the time of the problem and the exact message shown. A screenshot of the error can help; hide unrelated personal information.
Check spam or junk folders if an expected email is missing. Use enroll@nexxus.com.ph for ordinary concerns and admin@nexxus.com.ph for complaints. Never send your Google password or one-time sign-in code.
